A sweet taster session for those who have never experienced Chakradance™. This is a therapeutic movement modality created by Natalie Southgate. This evening we call into the sweet Sacral Chakra, which is the gorgeous, wonderful energy centre in our pelvic bowl. We will focus on it with vibrationally resonant music from Australia.
